Proactive Project Scheduling With Activity Splitting and Resource Transfer Times Under Uncertain Environments

Proactive project scheduling aims to generate robust baseline schedules that are protected against the potential schedule disruptions during execution. In this paper, we propose a new problem named proactive resource-constrained with activity split-ting and resource transfer times, try investigate trade-off between benefits of splitting drawbacks resulting more times. The proposed is formulated into an integer programming model considering constraints maximum allowed number minimum period continuous Since NP-hard in strong sense, genetic algorithm then developed for solving. From obtained results designed computational experiment, prove effective solving defined problem, robustness improvement can be weaken times among subactivities. Besides, increase splitting, decrease execution time, extension deadlines, increases.
